Responsibilities
Supervises team members and helps answer day-to-day related questions
Delivers training content for new team members
Coaches and works with team members to convert sales quotes to order opportunities
Recommends changes to sales techniques
Identifies operational issues and suggests improvements
Ensures team members understand and comply with objectives, performance standards, and policies
Answers questions regarding best practices or difficult calls
Approves timecards and manages time off operational requests
Ensures account updates in CRM
Monitors and evaluates rep performance
Requirements
Strong sales experience in making proactive outbound calls
Reliable, organized, detailed, focused
Ability to inspire, encourage, and consistently motivate associates
Strong and professional communication skills
Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
