Senior Business Operations Analyst participating in strategic projects for a data and marketing consultancy. Collaborating with management on business intelligence, organization, and internal strategy.
Responsibilities
Monitoring and analysis of project profitability, staff allocation, and billed revenue, notably for quarterly presentations to top management
Defining KPIs and challenging existing KPIs to ensure their relevance to strategic objectives
Contributing to the prioritization of performance tracking topics
Automating and optimizing KPIs and reporting data architectures (API, BigQuery, Looker Studio...)
Supporting commercial activities, notably via Salesforce
Performing ad-hoc analyses in various formats (Excel/PPT, Data Studio, etc.)
Presenting and facilitating teams around performance tracking
Participating in discussions on the company's internal organization (e.g., automation of internal processes...)
Supporting engagement across fifty-five offices and identifying opportunities for exchange and synergies (coordination of existing offices, knowledge capitalization, exchange sessions...)
Assisting in coordinating partnerships and relationships with other companies in the BrandTech Group (e.g., Google, DP6)
Supporting various international offices and French business units on a range of topics (new requirements, assistance with existing tools or reporting, etc.)
Requirements
Degree from a top business or engineering school (or equivalent university degree)
Initial experience as a business analyst, within an internal consulting team or at an external consulting firm (organization and/or strategy)
Familiarity with challenges associated with rapid growth, both in France and internationally
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Strong interest in innovation and digital transformation
High level of rigor and strong analytical skills
Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace
Knowledge of SQL and/or Looker Studio is a plus
Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
