Territory Sales Representative responsible for growing golf cart business in Manitoba. Building relationships and managing key customer accounts while traveling throughout the province.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities across Manitoba while growing the Club Car brand and customer base.
Build relationships with key accounts including golf courses, municipalities, mining and industrial sites, resorts, campgrounds, universities, and commercial businesses.
Maintain a consistent travel schedule across the assigned territory, conducting in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and customer visits.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through quoting, follow-up, and closing.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives while presenting fleet and mobility solutions tailored to customer needs.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track all customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Identify fleet replacement cycles, future opportunities, and long-term partnerships with commercial and fleet customers.
Coordinate unit deliveries when required and occasionally assist with emergency or time-sensitive deliveries.
Provide basic on-site product support or troubleshooting when appropriate and coordinate service support with dealership teams.
Collaborate with marketing, service, and parts teams to support lead generation, customer support, and territory initiatives.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and community events to promote the Club Car brand and build new relationships.
Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and provide customer insights to leadership.
Requirements
Sales experience in B2B, fleet sales, equipment, automotive, or a related industry preferred.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to work independently while traveling.
Comfortable presenting products and solutions to both small businesses and large organizations.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for territory growth and business development.
Organized and disciplined with CRM usage, prospecting, and follow-up.
Mechanical aptitude or comfort working with equipment is considered an asset.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively throughout Manitoba.
Ability to occasionally assist with product delivery when needed.
