- Supporting business-as-usual (BAU) configuration requests and assisting with ongoing service improvements.
Requirements
- You must have proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a client-facing or technology-driven environment.
- You will have a strong technical understanding, with the ability to translate complex data and system requirements into clear deliverables.
- You should have experience in capturing, analysing, and documenting requirements.
- You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in managing client interactions.
- You should bring strong collaboration skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
