Responsibilities
Driving new business by identifying prospects, reaching out, and converting leads into policyholders
Conducting client consultations to determine insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Selling and cross-selling insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
Achieving and surpassing individual sales goals to help drive agency growth
Staying current on product knowledge and compliance standards
Using CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
Requirements
At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
A coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
Strong organizational and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
