Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, building owners, developers, and general contractors
Leverage an existing book of business while continuing to grow the St. Louis market
Sell and manage commercial roofing projects
Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of Farha Roofing
Stay involved throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction
Work closely with Farha’s estimating, operations, and production teams
Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from proposal through completion
Requirements
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales
An established book of business in the St. Louis commercial market
Experience selling and managing mid- to large-scale commercial roofing projects
Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems and pricing
Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up
