Project Manager responsible for managing bi-annual credit community surveys at Capital One. Analyzing insights and driving improvements in credit talent management strategy.
Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders internal and external to the CDM team to construct and deliver the bi-annual survey.
Analyze survey data to provide timely readouts to individual credit officers as well as produce bi-annual state of the community report
Proactively design strategic enhancements, and execute process improvements to drive better response rates and richer data quality while maintaining a smooth stakeholder experience
Leverage insights from the survey to dive deeper into areas for improvement and for places to drive our talent strategy forward
Contribute to driving the broader Credit Talent Management strategy supporting work on building out our credit talent management pipeline
Build and maintain relationships with key talent champions across all consumer credit lines of business
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 2 Years of experience managing projects
Experience in a highly analytical role (business or financial analysis)
