About the role
- Continuous Improvement & Project Analyst supporting improvement initiatives across financial services. Collaborating on AI-enabled projects and enhancing operational efficiency in North America markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting and mapping end-to-end financial services processes
- Help identify inefficiencies, rework, and opportunities for standardization or automation
- Support Lean and structured problem-solving activities led by senior team members
- Collect, track, and maintain performance metrics and KPIs aligned to operational goals
- Support cross-functional initiatives by tracking actions, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and basic risk or issue logs
- Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
- Contribute to operational readiness activities for system changes or process updates
- Help prepare presentation materials and summaries for leadership reviews
- Support identification of processes that may benefit from automation or analytics
- Assist AI, IT, or analytics teams with data gathering, documentation, and testing activities
- Help track adoption and basic performance metrics for AI-enabled or automated solutions
- Support change management and communication activities related to new tools or workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, or continuous improvement
- Exposure to structured work environments or cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of process improvement, project management, or data analysis concepts
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and create clear summaries
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills
- Ability to handle sensitive operational or customer information appropriately
