Responsibilities
Management and development of creative multi-channel content and various formats: for Instagram and TikTok, as well as for websites, newsletters and other channels.
You know which trends perform on which formats and, even after execution, you monitor the performance of your posts and the market’s topic landscape.
You advise clients confidently and with a forward-looking perspective, and thanks to strong project management skills you keep your projects under control.
Embedded in a team, you will have significant creative freedom in consulting and can draw on internal support from Creative/Art, Editorial, Planning, Events and Design.
Requirements
(Some) proven experience in client consulting within social media, ideally from a PR or advertising agency
Proficient in managing and conceptualizing creative social media content and in translating new topics and trends into the appropriate channels and formats; ideally with experience in the lifestyle sector
Creator management: planning and producing content together with our creative team, as well as coordinating and managing UGC creators (briefings, content approvals, quality control)
Experience with social media planning and listening tools and analytics software
Experienced with content calendars and strong project management skills
Strong written and spoken English and German skills
Open, digital mindset, hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for effective team collaboration
