About the role

  • Head of Brand & Social Media leading corporate brand strategy at PTC. Responsible for brand repositioning and advancing organic social media programs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate PTC’s brand philosophy, positioning, and identity
  • Develop a multi-year brand repositioning and activation roadmap
  • Coordinate with other marketing leaders to establish a comprehensive messaging hierarchy
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to track brand awareness and impact
  • Oversee creative development for brand initiatives
  • Elevate organic social media as a key pillar of PTC’s communications strategy
  • Define channel and account strategy for social media platforms
  • Build a forward-looking social-first content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Establish comprehensive measurement program for social media impact
  • Manage and mentor the brand and social team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leading corporate brand strategy and organic social media programs
  • Demonstrated ability to reposition a brand and drive measurable improvements in awareness and perception
  • Strong track record of building business cases for brand investment and securing budgets
  • Demonstrated success building an organic social media program and developing a 12-month editorial calendar
  • Ability to balance overarching program direction and leadership responsibilities with hands-on creative execution
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced people manager with proven philosophy of setting teammates up for success
