Responsibilities
Planning and creating video, image and written content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
From concept to final post
Regular appearances in short videos and Stories
Use of AI tools for content creation and optimization
Development of creative, brand-compliant content with a clear message
Management and development of all social media channels
Planning, coordination and publishing of content
Analysis of reach, engagement and conversion
Optimization of content with a focus on growth and revenue
Interaction with followers, responding to comments and messages
Planning of polls, giveaways and community formats
Coordination of collaborations with influencers and agencies
Development of an in-house creator and influencer network
Creative concepts for product launches and sales promotions
Support through newsletter and shop content
Close coordination with marketing, product management and customer service
Support for events and marketing activities
Requirements
At least 2 years in social media management, ideally in e-commerce
Authentic presence both in front of and behind the camera
Creative and proactive use of AI tools
Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
Ability to analyze KPIs and derive action points
Interest in good food, cooking and social engagement
Self-motivation, organizational skills and team spirit
