Responsibilities
You own Demand Gen end-to-end across five channels: Outbound, Inbound, Organic, Webinars, and Events
You plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that reach Mid-Market eCommerce decision-makers
You build a healthy pipeline and hit quarterly targets for MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline generated
You collaborate with AEs on handoffs, conversion rates, and closed-won quality
You implement AI agents and automation to take on routine work and scale output
You select tools and integrate them (CRM, Automation, AI Agents, Analytics)
You report performance: pipeline health, cost per opportunity, conversion rates, channel ROI
You provide feedback to messaging and positioning from the market
You build processes and playbooks that scale with growth
