Responsibilities
You build pipeline through high-volume outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone)
You cold-call prospects and develop relationships with eCommerce decision-makers
You research target accounts in verticals such as fashion, retail, B2B wholesale, sports and DIY
You keep data and notes clean in Salesforce CRM
You work closely with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to improve messaging and lead generation
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in business development, sales development or inside sales (SaaS, tech or eCommerce is a plus)
You consistently meet activity and conversion targets
You are familiar with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools
You communicate very well in English and German
