Responsibilities
Rotate through main sales functions such as: Sales Development/Prospecting, Account Executive/Inside Sales, Account Management/Customer Success
Participate in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development
Participate in customer meetings and presentations
Learn and apply consultative selling techniques
Collaborate with teams including marketing and product
Analyze market trends and customer need to identify growth opportunities
Support plans and special projects
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Requirements
Graduating in Spring 2026 with a minimum of a Bachelor's in Sales or a related field of study
Experience in sales-focused coursework or hands-on sales experience gained while in college
Demonstrated leadership, initiative or entrepreneurial experience
Experience with technology and customer engagement
Ability to travel
Experience solving problems and helping clients succeed
