About the role

  • Gestionnaire de paie au sein d’un groupe en pleine expansion proposant un environnement de travail stimulant. Interventions sur diverses missions sociales et paie avec une équipe expérimentée.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll payslips
  • Complete social declarations (DSN)
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (DPAE, employment contracts, final settlement statements…)
  • Advise clients
  • Support clients in using their payroll software (Silae)
  • Provide payroll technical support to teams and clients
  • Participate in payroll configuration and updates related to social regulations
  • Work on social and HR consulting assignments (social audits, labour cost analysis, etc.)

Requirements

  • Specialized payroll qualification (Professional title, Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in a firm or in a multi-collective-agreement environment
  • Strong proficiency with Silae payroll software
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and adaptability
  • Customer service orientation and team spirit
