The Exclusive Networks PH is looking for Pre- Sales Engineer to join us in Manila.
Responsible for proving pre/post sales support to our sales team in positioning cybersecurity solutions.
Looking for engineers who can be part of Exclusive Network who can exhibit a services first ideology.
Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team Lead & colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs.
Requirements
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our solutions
Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals that align with our product portfolio
Assist in the creation and review of RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) by providing technical expertise and input
Engage in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their technical environment and providing recommendations
Identify and address technical objections or concerns raised by customers, providing appropriate responses and solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and professional services, to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions
Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical workshops to demonstrate the functionality and feasibility of our solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and solution selling skills
