Responsibilities
Define and maintain the global commercial systems roadmap for Evident Scientific
Translate commercial, sales, and marketing strategies into scalable system capabilities
Partner with IT on feasibility and delivery
Serve as the business owner for SFDC and CPQ
Drive design supporting lead management, pipeline management, quoting, and workflows
Lead end-to-end commercial process design across regions
Identify inefficiencies and drive solutions
Define reporting requirements with Sales Ops analytics team
Lead global change management for system releases
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and IT leaders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, SFDC/CPQ management, or Commercial Systems
Strong functional experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ
Proven experience in process design, commercial workflows, and change management
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or scientific instrumentation industries
