Responsibilities
Customer communication and service: you are the first point of contact for clients after they submit their order to us
Support in preparing real estate appraisals under the guidance of experienced appraisers
You will help us value properties (residential and commercial) in accordance with current legal requirements
You will review documents and — using your (new) expertise and various valuation methods — determine the actual value of a property
You will assist in the preparation of appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
You have a passion for real estate and an interest in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented manner
Coordination skills: you can successfully juggle multiple inquiries, clients and topics at the same time
Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector
Alternatively (for junior candidates): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
Structured, analytical working style and a high commitment to quality
Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
