Responsibilities
Customer communication and customer service: you are the first point of contact for clients after they submit their assignment to us
Assist in preparing real estate appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced appraisers
Help us assess residential and commercial properties in accordance with current legal requirements
Review documents and, using your (new) expertise and various valuation methods, determine the actual value of a property
Support the preparation of appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
You have a passion for real estate and an interest in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and continuing education
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented manner
Coordination skills: you are able to juggle multiple requests, clients and topics simultaneously
Ideally: professional experience in real estate
Alternatively (if junior): experience with and strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
Structured and analytical working style with a strong focus on quality
Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
