Responsibilities
Customer communication and service: you are the first point of contact for customers after they submit their order to us
Support in preparing property appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced appraisers
You help us evaluate properties (residential and commercial) in accordance with current legal requirements
You review documents and determine the actual value of a property through your (growing) expertise and the application of various valuation methods
You assist in drafting appraisal reports, analyzing all relevant factors of a property
You have a passion for real estate and a strong interest in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented demeanor
Coordination skills: you can juggle multiple requests, clients, and topics simultaneously
Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector
Alternatively: experience with and strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
Structured and analytical working style and a strong commitment to quality
Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
