Responsibilities
Support operational excellence for Product & Retention Marketing and Brand Marketing teams

Requirements
1-3 years of demonstrated experience designing, managing, and refining operating rhythms, processes, and cross-team workflows
High attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects and keep teams aligned on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
Ability to define, organize and operationalize a plan to tackle nebulous challenges
Ability to maintain order, focus and calm in times of ambiguity and changing priorities
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust, maintain discretion, and navigate relationships across all levels of an organization
Familiarity with the marketing function or direct experience in a marketing team.
