Responsibilities
HR administration: You will maintain and manage employee data in our HR system and take on various organizational tasks related to digital personnel files.
Reporting: You will prepare analyses and reports to help us make data-driven decisions.
Employee handbook revision: You will add and update content to ensure our internal guidelines are always clear, understandable, and up to date.
Process automation: You will actively contribute to the ongoing digitization and automation of our people-operations processes (including employee lifecycle management).
People development: You will prepare decision proposals for new measures and contribute your own ideas.
Recruiting: You will identify potential candidates for our open roles on LinkedIn and support recruiting activities at career fairs when needed.
Event management: You will assist in planning team events and company gatherings, helping to strengthen our company culture.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics/business administration, sociology, or a comparable field related to HR, organization, or management (can be accepted as a mandatory internship).
Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a high degree of discretion.
A hands-on mentality: After onboarding and clarifying open questions in daily check-ins, you will independently and reliably handle tasks from our varied to-do list.
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
