Champion Our Solutions: Lead with a thorough understanding of our products, researching to identify how our solutions meet market needs.
Source New Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business and growth prospects through direct outreach (phone, social, email) and channels, in collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Management.
React Swiftly: Rapidly respond to inbound inquiries, qualifying opportunities and engaging potential clients through various mediums (phone, social, email).
Personalize Interactions: Utilize Salesforce, 6Sense, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other resources to create meaningful dialogues with prospects.
Qualify Leads: Identify prospect challenges, articulate Eptura’s value proposition, and suggest appropriate solutions.
Nurture & Re-engage: Maintain a timely pipeline of interested prospects, converting them into future opportunities.
Handover Excellence: Set up qualified meetings between prospective customers and Sales Account Executives.
Manage Efficiently: Maintain Salesforce hygiene, plan your day effectively, and manage open tasks set by your Sales Development Director and Account Executives.
Report Regularly: Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and trends to the Sales Development Director & wider team.
Build Best Practices: Contribute to refining the department’s Sales Development Playbook.
