About the role

• Principal D&A Consultant driving data analytics projects in the UK public sector at Envitia. Collaborating on innovative AI solutions for decision-making and insights.

Responsibilities

• Work on customer projects to gather and consolidate customers' business requirements and data
• Build and develop dashboards and reports enabling users to consume intelligence and insights from data
• Perform data quality improvement on different types of datasets and employing different methodologies and programming languages
• Analyse needs, challenges and issues faced by stakeholders and manage them as a set of requirements or use cases
• Build and optimise databases and other data stores
• Create and interpret data models in different notations
• Build query language models
• Deliver solutions that provide insights and intelligence to consumers of data
• Build insights models that offer consolidated information from data
• Implement solutions enabling effective management of data and information across a department
• Build and Implement AI and ML patterns
• Define, implement and rollout governance models and processes

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Envitia’s customer base with a deep understanding of the complexity and challenges they face
• Deep knowledge of secure and regulated environments, particularly Defence and other Government departments
• Ability to identify customer challenges and provide easily understandable solutions to complex problems
• Ability to work with customers, partners and Envitia personnel at all levels from CEO downwards to establish credibility and build trusted status
• Ability to motivate and inspire and build deep relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high growth results-oriented culture
• Success in holding or obtaining SC security clearance.
