About the role
- Technical Consultant role for advising clients on BPM projects with software development and process automation. Work with modern technologies like Java and BPMN for effective digitalization.
Responsibilities
- Du begleitest und berätst unsere Kunden in BPM-Projekten und packst bei der Orchestrierung und Automatisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse mit an.
- Dabei bist du im gesamten Projektspektrum aktiv – von der Prozessanalyse über das Design und die Modellierung von Zielprozessen mit BPMN bis hin zur Umsetzung mit einer Process Engine.
- Du implementierst Geschäftsprozesse und schreibst sauberen, wartbaren und gut testbaren Code, der die Qualitätsziele und nicht-funktionalen Anforderungen unserer Kunden erfüllt.
- Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden konzipierst und modellierst du neue Prozesse in BPMN 2.0 und begleitest deren Umsetzung.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mind. 3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung, idealerweise bereits im Consulting.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java, Spring und Docker.
- Erfahrung in BPMN 2.0. und/ oder einem anderen Prozessmanagement-Tool wie beispielsweise Signavio oder Adonis.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Eigeninitiative, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Spaß an dynamischer Teamarbeit in einem wachsenden Unternehmen.
