Responsibilities
- Monitor franchisees' results daily, proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions
- Manage monthly sector performance with individualized action plans for each unit
- Conduct site visits to assess operations, ensure compliance with brand standards, and advise franchisees
- Identify local promotional opportunities and support marketing campaigns and sales strategies
- Train teams in customer service, sales techniques, and store management
- Monitor quality, hygiene, and product presentation standards to ensure operational excellence
- Facilitate communication between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring strategic alignment
- Work collaboratively with other departments to drive business results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in consultative service and supporting franchise networks
- Experience analyzing financial and operational performance (income statement/DRE, KPIs, and other indicators)
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Skilled in PowerPoint for strategic presentations
- Ability to train teams in customer service, sales, and store management
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions
- Analytical profile with a results-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Ownership mindset, empathy, active listening, strong communication, persuasion, and resilience
- Resident of Rio de Janeiro or nearby areas
- Availability to travel and visit units
