Responsibilities
Supporting the development of the Ormco business activities in the Basque area (Guipúzcoa, Navarra, Álava) in Spain
Exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to distribution partners
Cultivating relationships
Developing leads from distribution channels by creatively penetrating the market
Training peers and customers
Visiting assigned customers regularly to promote products and gather feedback
Responsible for creating lasting relationships and realizing revenue growth
Meeting sales quotas
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in an unstructured work environment
Experience to operate in an international environment
Native Spanish language skills and intermediate English language skills
Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not compulsory)
Excellent computer skills (in Excel and CRM)
At least 3 years sales and/or general business experience
Strong planning & organizing skills
Proven successful in negotiations
Strong presentation skills with the ability to do product demonstrations
Strong Time Management skills
Willing and able to travel, with a valid drivers license
