About the role

  • Strategic contributor managing compensation, equity, and retirement programs across EMEA for a global dental leader. Partnering with diverse teams to ensure competitive and compliant programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execution, and governance of compensation, equity, and retirement programs
  • Partner with HR and regional leaders to communicate competitive compensation programs
  • Support global compensation strategy through market benchmarking and annual compensation planning
  • Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to HR business partners and leaders
  • Lead the strategy, design, and evolution of global equity programs
  • Own administration of equity compensation programs
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to support equity plan design
  • Lead governance and administration of retirement programs

Requirements

  • B.S./B.A. degree
  • 10+ years experience in total rewards, equity compensation, retirement programs, or related roles
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong client focus and customer centric approach
  • Experience within a fast-paced global enterprise
  • Experience working across different geographic regions
  • Prior or current experience within a Workday environment preferred
