Responsibilities
Design, execution, and governance of compensation, equity, and retirement programs
Partner with HR and regional leaders to communicate competitive compensation programs
Support global compensation strategy through market benchmarking and annual compensation planning
Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to HR business partners and leaders
Lead the strategy, design, and evolution of global equity programs
Own administration of equity compensation programs
Partner with legal and finance teams to support equity plan design
Lead governance and administration of retirement programs
Requirements
B.S./B.A. degree
10+ years experience in total rewards, equity compensation, retirement programs, or related roles
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong client focus and customer centric approach
Experience within a fast-paced global enterprise
Experience working across different geographic regions
Prior or current experience within a Workday environment preferred
