Responsible for customer communication on overarching topics after acceptance of the wind energy installation, including coordinating necessary internal and external specialists (e.g., below-average availability, retrofits/upgrades)
Monitoring outstanding service payments
Requirements
Successfully completed technical or business degree, e.g., industrial engineering, business administration (BWL), mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, or a technical apprenticeship/training in a related field
Solid professional experience in the wind energy sector is an advantage
Excellent German and good English, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication and assertiveness skills
Customer-oriented work style and team spirit
