About the role

  • Human Resources Manager supporting store operations at Castorama. Collaborating with managers for HR processes and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager and other managers
  • Implement HR development initiatives: recruitment, onboarding, skills development, career management
  • Design, implement and monitor the store's training plan
  • Support managers in the management of their human resources
  • Ensure compliance with legal and social regulations, fostering a climate of listening and collaboration

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to take a step back and remain objective
  • Autonomy, thoroughness and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in personnel administration, payroll and management of employee representative bodies (works councils)
  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources with significant experience
