About the role

  • People & Culture Business Partner in Sweden working with global business partners and other HR functions. Leading talent development initiatives and employee engagement across the Nordics.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all people-related matters, including organisational design, team structures, workforce planning and performance challenges.
  • Coach and support leaders in day-to-day leadership topics such as feedback, difficult conversations, performance management and team dynamics.
  • Identify people-related risks such as attrition, engagement, capability gaps and partner with leaders on mitigation plans.
  • Partner on development initiatives such as leadership coaching, training needs and career progression frameworks in a high-touch, matrixed corporate environment.
  • Drive talent and succession planning processes, including identifying key talent, critical roles and development needs.
  • Support and challenge leaders on performance and potential assessments, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Support the end-to-end engagement cycle, including survey rollout, data analysis, action planning and follow-up with leadership teams.
  • Drive and collaborate on initiatives to improve wellbeing, recognition, inclusion and overall employee experience across the Nordics.
  • Manage employee relations cases such as performance concerns, disciplinary matters, grievances and exits in line with local legislation and company values.
  • Advise leaders on compliant and fair processes, including documentation and risk mitigation.
  • Support organisational changes such as restructures, role changes and team transformations, including planning, communication and execution.
  • Oversee and support key lifecycle activities such as onboarding, probation follow-ups, performance reviews, promotions, mobility, compensation processes and offboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a People/HR role, ideally with exposure to business partnering.
  • Solid understanding of Swedish employment law and people practices, with additional knowledge of other Nordic countries considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication, facilitation/presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, corporate or international environment.
