About the role
- Regional Quality Manager overseeing quality assurance for senior care facilities in Munich area. Provide training, audits, and ensure compliance with quality standards across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Advise, train and support managers and nursing staff in the senior care centers
- Support the senior care centers before, during and after visits by Medical Services (MD), the nursing home supervisory authority and other external inspections
- Organize and conduct nursing leadership meetings
- Carry out internal audits to verify the effectiveness of processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with quality management targets, structural, process and outcome quality, and applicable guidelines
- Analyze, monitor and optimize processes and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management tools used
- Guide corrective actions in the event of deviations
- Implement, further develop and evaluate the internal quality management system
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a registered nurse (state-qualified)
- Further training and/or degree in quality management, nursing management or health management, with subsequent leadership experience in healthcare
- Analytical ability to identify and evaluate problems and initiate appropriate measures
- Competence in steering and implementing nursing-specific tasks
- Strong social and leadership skills combined with assertiveness
- Confident presence and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Willingness to travel regionally within the greater Munich area
