Responsibilities
Advise, train and support managers and nursing staff in the senior care centers
Support the senior care centers before, during and after visits by Medical Services (MD), the nursing home supervisory authority and other external inspections
Organize and conduct nursing leadership meetings
Carry out internal audits to verify the effectiveness of processes and systems
Ensure compliance with quality management targets, structural, process and outcome quality, and applicable guidelines
Analyze, monitor and optimize processes and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management tools used
Guide corrective actions in the event of deviations
Implement, further develop and evaluate the internal quality management system
Requirements
Successfully completed training as a registered nurse (state-qualified)
Further training and/or degree in quality management, nursing management or health management, with subsequent leadership experience in healthcare
Analytical ability to identify and evaluate problems and initiate appropriate measures
Competence in steering and implementing nursing-specific tasks
Strong social and leadership skills combined with assertiveness
Confident presence and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Willingness to travel regionally within the greater Munich area
