About the role
- Project Manager for photovoltaic tenant electricity projects in Norddeutschland, coordinating implementation and ensuring quality across all phases. Collaborating closely with clients and partners for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Mieterstromprojekten
- Prüfung neuer Projekte auf technische Eignung zusammen mit Sales und Kund:innen
- Planung und Koordination der Mieterstromprojekte inklusive Netzanschluss, Materialbeschaffung und Bauzeitplanung
- Zuverlässige Steuerung externer Fachpartner und Nachunternehmer
- Projektfortschritt im Blick behalten und Herausforderungen direkt auf der Baustelle lösen
- Verantwortung für die Qualität der DC- und AC-Installation
- Regelmäßige Baustellenbesuche und finale Abnahme der Anlagen durchführen
- Sicherstellung einer sauberen Projektdokumentation im CRM
Requirements
- Gutes technisches Verständnis von Photovoltaikanlagen im Umfeld von Mehrfamilienhäusern und Gewerbeimmobilien
- Fähigkeit Qualität, Machbarkeit und Risiken sicher einzuschätzen
- Organisierte Arbeitsweise und Priorisierungsfähigkeit für mehrere Projekte
- Klare Kommunikation auf Deutsch mit Kund:innen auf Entscheiderebene und Nachunternehmern
- Durchsetzungsstärke mit Pragmatismus und kooperativem Ansatz
- Lesen und Bewerten von Bauzeiten-, Schalt- und Elektroplänen
- Strukturiertes und vorausschauendes Arbeiten, frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken
- Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft, Baustellen vor Ort in Norddeutschland zu begleiten
