Responsibilities
Actively shape and develop service processes in international subsidiaries
Develop tailored service processes in collaboration with local subsidiaries
Serve as the central interface between international teams and internal specialist departments
Ensure smooth and efficient service processes
Contribute new ideas and work on an international service audit system for quality assurance
Develop training concepts to strengthen service teams worldwide
Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics (Information Systems), or Business Administration — comparable qualifications welcome
Initial professional experience in service management or product-related services
Knowledge of logistics, spare parts management, returns and repair management, and contact center processes
Willingness to travel for multi-day business trips
Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision)
