Responsibilities
Plan and direct complex marketing activities with large scale or significant business impact
Collaborate with cross functional and/or matrix teams for multiple concurrent major products, campaigns, launches, programs, and initiatives
Identify risk, develop and lead in the implementation of broad and more complex marketing strategies
Manage team and activities in professional education to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Direct line management responsibilities including a robust talent development plan
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field with minimum 15 years related experience in marketing
Demonstrated track record in people management
Master's Degree or equivalent in related field with minimum 12 years experience working in a regulated industry preferred
Experienced in a Cardiac Surgery or Cardiology will be an added advantage
Candidates with experience and exposure across multiple APAC markets will be preferred
