Responsibilities
Advising on, selling and renting a modern modular scaffolding system
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients (notably construction companies and scaffolding contractors)
Actively prospecting and acquiring new clients in the Romandy region (Valais, Vaud, Fribourg, Geneva, Neuchâtel, Jura)
Delivering technical presentations and providing project-specific advice to clients
Preparing quotations and negotiating contracts
Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities
Using the CRM system rigorously for tracking and reporting
Requirements
Completed technical training or equivalent qualification
Proven professional experience in scaffolding or in the use of scaffolding systems
Excellent knowledge of the Swiss construction and scaffolding sector and an existing network (asset)
Commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Initiative, organizational skills and a preference for autonomous work
Resilient under pressure, flexible and quick-thinking
Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Bilingual: native French and good knowledge of German
