Responsibilities
Provide essential support to our Talent Acquisition team
Ensure smooth recruitment operations and excellent candidate experience
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including initial screenings and virtual/on-site interviews
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates
Assist in pre-screening activities to identify top candidates
Provide administrative support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR operations
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and other recruitment tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace
