About the role
- Internship role supporting integration tasks at DocMorris Marketplace. Collaborating with teams in e-commerce and business development for partner integration processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical onboarding of new merchants to our platform.
- Perform quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
- Assist in responding to technical inquiries from partners during onboarding and live operations.
- Analyze existing partner integrations to identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of integration templates and processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integrations and an excellent seller experience.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
- Some experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content management systems is a plus.
- Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS platforms, product feeds) is an advantage but not required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on findings.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
