Responsibilities
Develop and lead the AMER field marketing strategy for assigned districts or verticals, ensuring alignment with Enterprise sales goals and regional growth targets.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Global and Product Marketing, Channel, and Partner teams to localize campaigns and amplify Digital Realty’s global messaging.
Represent Field Marketing in sales planning sessions, providing insights, performance updates, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in B2B or field marketing, with demonstrated success driving regional marketing strategy and execution — ideally in the technology, cloud, or data center sector.
Proven experience aligning marketing programs with enterprise sales priorities and delivering measurable business impact.
Strong background in event strategy, pipeline acceleration programs, and sales enablement.
Expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Marketo preferred).
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives across distributed teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
