Responsibilities
Plan and execute 360° communication strategies focused on relationship building, institutional reputation and lead generation, working in an integrated way with internal teams, partners and agency.
Plan and coordinate direct marketing activities, including:
relationship workflows and drip campaigns
customer journeys
online and offline media campaigns
development of relationship and sales materials for the commercial team
Act as the B2B marketing focal point for institutional positioning initiatives at Vivo Empresas.
Plan and support the execution of corporate events (sponsored, internal or in partnership), ensuring strategic alignment, delivery quality and consistency with the brand's institutional narrative.
Develop content, presentations and speeches for executives for panels, talks and events, ensuring clarity, impact and consistency with the brand positioning.
Coordinate the creation of content and visual materials for trade shows, events and institutional activations, ensuring audience relevance and brand consistency.
Be responsible for: evolution projects and structural changes, content management and maintenance, creation of new pages and creative asset management.
Monitor website performance metrics monthly, proposing continuous improvements based on data and user behavior.
Manage the results of communication channels and initiatives, including continuous KPI monitoring, performance analyses, and proposals for optimization and continuous improvement.
Ensure organization, planning and management of multiple simultaneous demands.
Requirements
Solid experience in Marketing and Communications;
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related fields;
Excellent writing skills and ease in developing written content and executive presentations;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel);
Analytical, organized, proactive and creative profile, with a strong sense of responsibility;
Ability to work autonomously, with strategic vision and the ability to translate strategy into action;
Advanced/Fluent English;
Knowledge of email marketing tools is desirable.
