Responsibilities
Manage and grow customer and account relationships across the passenger travel trade
Develop existing accounts and identify new commercial opportunities
Drive revenue growth through strong partnerships and targeted engagement initiatives
Promote DFDS’ passenger offering across our routes while securing effective commercial agreements with key partners
Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and training sessions to increase product knowledge and engagement
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, ideally with a background in account management or business development
UK destination experience is highly desirable
Ability to effectively promote our routes and products
Fluent in French and English
Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts while planning and prioritising sales activity effectively
