Strong negotiating skills and assertiveness.
Good English and very good German skills, both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Confident presence and commercial awareness.
Ability to engage with customers on equal terms.
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of motivation and willingness to learn.
Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver's license.
