Responsibilities
Coordinate and track organisational priorities, projects, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership.
Prepare reports, briefing materials, and analytical insights to inform executive decision-making.
Act as a communication bridge between executive leadership and departmental heads.
Provide strategic input on business operations, performance, and growth opportunities.
Work closely with the agricultural team to support operational planning and scheduling.
Track farm milestones, input requirements, and seasonal activity timelines.
Consolidate field reports and translate operational data into structured summaries.
Build, maintain, and update operational workbooks across all business functions.
Ensure data accuracy, version control, and accessibility for the team.
Drive implementation of cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-track execution.
Monitor actual expenditure against approved budgets across departments.
Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in an analyst, finance, or operations role — agribusiness, clean energy, or finance exposure is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience building and maintaining financial models and operational trackers.
High attention to detail with a structured approach to managing data and documentation.
Comfortable working across teams — from field agronomists to finance and investors.
Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field.
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
