Responsibilities
Drive New Business Acquisition: Lead the commercial process from first contact to contract signature, focusing on high-growth acquisition of mid-market accounts.
Lead Proactive Generation: Manage a healthy mix of inbound leads while building your own outbound pipeline through targeted lists and collaboration with various internal teams.
Expand Your Network: Actively engage with the UK hospitality community by attending industry events, trade shows, and meet-ups to build influential relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct Strategic Sales Meetings: Facilitate in-depth discovery and demo sessions with prospects to demonstrate how our integrated software and hardware solutions solve unique business challenges.
Collaborate Internationally: Work closely with the wider European sales team and regional colleagues to share best practices and ensure a unified approach to market expansion.
Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Perform a professional handover of newly signed clients to the Implementation and Account Management teams to guarantee long-term customer success and live activation.
Maintain CRM Excellence: Apply CRM processes (HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting, clear communication, and effective pipeline management.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in a full sales cycle, new business acquisition role, ideally within the Food-Tech, Payments, or SaaS sectors.
Native-level English is required. Proficiency in Dutch or German is a strong plus.
A pre-existing network within the UK/Ireland hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferred, allowing you to hit the ground running.
Experience selling both software and hardware solutions; a background in Kiosk or POS systems is a significant plus.
A proactive, autonomous mentality with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals independently.
