Responsibilities
Responsibility for complex client portfolios for clients in the Wealth and (upper) HNW segments.
Actively acquiring new client relationships in the target segments (affluent private clients, foundations and institutions).
Excellent networking across the bank (One Bank).
Referral management within existing client relationships.
Active market presence.
Holistic management of existing client relationships in the assigned focus segment.
Individual responsibility for client and revenue targets for affluent private clients and client groups in the focus segment.
Independently taking on and performing the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes with support from the Client Service Team (CST).
Excellent collaboration within the Client Service Team (CST) for acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing client connections.
Systematic expansion of internal/external networks and partnerships.
Continuous development with respect to advisory/service quality and risk management.
Increasing the share of wallet of the existing client book and providing continuously active servicing of target/existing clients.
Operational excellence through consistent compliance with internal and external regulations.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent education and knowledge (e.g., banking academy).
Strong customer orientation.
Several years of experience in client acquisition.
Several years of experience in banking and securities business in client servicing.
Very good knowledge of the WM Select+ product/service offering.
Experience in professional holistic wealth advisory for affluent private clients.
Strong sense of responsibility when dealing with important bank clients and the associated reputational risks.
Very solid capital markets knowledge and pronounced ability to explain macroeconomic interrelations.
Strong team skills.

Very good German and good English skills.
