About the role

  • Customer Success Manager ensuring customer satisfaction and driving value with security and compliance solutions. Building relationships and supporting clients in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • You manage your own portfolio of mid-market customers and ensure they fully realize the value of our solution
  • You build strong, long-term relationships, conduct product demos, and support customers in using our product effectively
  • You work closely with decision-makers and company founders, understand their priorities, and take proactive steps to help them reach their goals
  • You guide customers through the lifecycle and drive expansion and retention within your portfolio
  • You identify challenges early, lead solution-focused discussions, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
  • You analyze customer behavior and derive concrete actions to maximize their success with our solution
  • You foster engagement with and among customers, gather valuable success stories, and share best practices
  • You collaborate closely with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product, and Tech Support to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a passion for product demonstrations and client meetings
  • Proactive, independent working style with a strong team spirit and excellent prioritization skills
  • Interest in compliance and security — we will provide the necessary training
  • Experience with software products and their development is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced environment with continuous growth and development
  • Fluent German (C2) and English, both written and spoken, are required
