Responsibilities
Diseñar modelos cuantitativos para procesos comerciales en la gestión de campañas end-to-end.
Coordinar el gobierno de la interacción multicanal dentro de su equipo de trabajo (squad).
Implementar y liderar estrategias de CRM en diversos canales de comunicación.
Gestionar campañas comerciales de CRM dentro de la plataforma Marketing Cloud.
Analizar datos para realizar la segmentación de la clientela según la campaña.
Requirements
Habilidades de programación en SQL y Python (Intermedio).
Uso de Salesforce-MKT Cloud (relación end to end con clientes).
Conocimientos sólidos en Customer Journey.
Inglés nivel B1.
Conocimientos en Adobe Campaing, Hotspot, Data Analytics y Customer Intelligence (deseable).
Conocimientos en mercadotecnia, campañas publicitarias y programación en Pyspark (deseable).
Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Actuaría, Matemáticas, Economía o afín.
Deseable certificación en Salesforce-CRM.
1 a 3 años de experiencia desempeñándose como CRM y/o Journey Manager.
