Responsibilities
Planning, implementation and management of audience-targeted marketing initiatives
Focus on content creation, email marketing and event organization
Development of online marketing campaigns together with the marketing team
Operational execution and optimization of measures based on relevant KPIs
Maintenance and optimization of the website and landing pages (HubSpot) with regard to SEO
Identifying and leveraging current technology trends to position IT solutions
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Web Development or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Proven track record in content creation, email marketing, event organization and copywriting
Knowledge of marketing psychology (desirable)
Experience in B2B IT services
Proficient user of HubSpot (especially CMS and Content Hub)
Basic analytics knowledge for content evaluation
Experience with social media channels, especially LinkedIn
Strong self-motivation and drive
Team-oriented and structured working style
Open to innovative approaches and trends in digital marketing
Very good German skills (level C1)
Good English skills (level B2)
