Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder aus dem Bereich Finance
- 3-6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A, Corporate Finance oder Investment Banking
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertung, Finanzanalyse und Finanzmodellierung
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung von M&A-Projekten
- Exzellenter Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1)
