Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end attraction and selection processes for business and technology roles (job opening, screening, interviews, posting, and vacancy follow-up);
Manage the attraction and selection process (follow-up with hiring managers and candidates);
Update and maintain information in the recruitment systems (Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, SAP);
Support tracking and control of KPIs/metrics;
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve the candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, or related fields;
Previous experience in HR, recruitment and selection, or an internship in the area;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
